Ten centuries have passed since the first hawthorns were planted in this land to the present day. The Benedictine monks built a monastery to San Cucufate and turned the current vineyards into their garden and vineyard.
We have collected your witness, and in memory of those who discovered the magnetism of this land, we have called this farm San Cobate.
