A handmade wine with the soul of the origins of Rueda.
In its elaboration we highlight its 100% handmade process, in which the times or temperatures are not measured or recorded. Only the sensations left by each barrel when tasted in the passage of time are contemplated. It is not filtered, nor clarified, the wine is left to rest in a bottle, without interruptions, without haste, so that it acquires a slow and respectful transformation.
